About Michael James

Oregon Group Realty LLC was founded by Michael James in 2006, and the main office is located in Bend, OR. Prior to that Michael James lived in Lake Oswego, Oregon where he worked for Windermere Real Estate in Downtown Lake Oswego. He started his Real Estate career with John L. Scott in Seattle in 1991, where he became the Listing Agent for Household Finance on all of their REO properties in Seattle & Bellevue Washington. Michael has been a Principal Broker with Oregon Group Realty since 2006. He is currently Licensed as a Principal Broker in Oregon, but has been licensed in Washington, Nevada and Idaho. He has worked for a number of Sub Prime Lenders as a Regional Manager for Oregon and Washington for such companies as Aegis Funding in Dallas, Texas and NovaStar Mortgage in Irvine, CA. Michael enjoys Snow Skiing, Elk Hunting, Fishing in the Upper Lakes of the Cascade Mountains, Whitewater Rafting on the Deschutes & John Day Rivers and spending time with his Horses and his Daughter Victoria. Michael has worked with many Buyers & Sellers through out the years helping them purchase or sell their homes. Michael's marketing background and years of experience in Real Estate and mortgage lending has helped 100's of Buyers and Sellers with their real estate needs for the past 28+ years.
